Under the leadership and guidance of the Principal as \u201cDean of Examinations\/Chief Controller Examinations<\/strong>\u201d, the Examination cell functions in our college. Sri D.Srinivasa Raju, Lecturer in Commerce is acting as Controller of Examinations and Sri V. Chandra Sekhar Lecturer in P.G. Chemistry & Sri K.Santhosh Lecturer in Geology is acting as Assistant Controllers of Examinations. They are well supported by all other supporting staff. All the persons working in the examinations cell have selfless dedication, devotion, commitment and sincerity as core qualities which follows as legacy.<\/p>

To conduct all the examinations with clock precision and to publish the results without any flaw is the sole aim and function of the Examination Cell.<\/p>

The Autonomous section is updated continuously by utilizing day to day technology for the best practices. It was semi-automated in late 90\u2032s and completely computerized in 2014. It includes generation of applications, hall tickets, results and mark memos etc., supplied by Dbase Solutions, Eluru.<\/p>

The syllabus in all courses of U.G. programmes is revised in the academic year 2023-24 as a part of implementing Single Major pattern recommended by UGC to all the Universities under new Education policy.<\/p>

The section is always in search of best practices to provide a better outcome for the benefit of college as well as student community for the fair and smooth functioning of examinations.<\/p>

D.N.R. College (A) was conferred with Autonomous status by UGC in the academic year 1987-1988. Under the autonomy, semester system of Examinations was adopted. The department is headed by the Controller of Examinations (CoE), reporting to the Principal and supported by the deputies and clerical staff. The primary responsibility of the Office of Examinations is to plan and complete the examination process from the issue of notification to till the publication of results in a fair, transparent and systematic manner as per the Examinations Calendar prepared at the beginning of every academic year.<\/p>

The examination procedures are in accordance with the guidelines of the Examination Manual which has been approved by Academic Council and is in conformity with the UGC guidelines from time to time. The examination system has been fully automated with D Base Solutions systems and processes covering generation of question papers, registration for examinations, evaluation processes, preparation and publication of examination results and printing of consolidated mark sheets. The office of examinations is committed to ensure efficient and effective functioning for the benefit of the entire student community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
